Covid-19 Response
At All Smiles Dental Care, the health of our patients and team are of the utmost importance.
Each team member must complete a screening form each day confirming that they are healthy and ready to work. We take our temperatures in the morning and afternoon. Our team will look different! You will see us wearing enhanced personal protective equipment or PPE. You can be sure we are still smiling behind all of that gear!
Before your appointment, we will be asking screening questions. When you receive your confirmation email or text shortly before your scheduled appointment, a screening and treatment consent form will be attached. Please fill this out and bring it to your visit. We will have extra forms at the office if you forget. Remember to wear a personal mask in our office at all times unless you are receiving treatment. When you arrive at the office, please sanitize your hands as soon as you come in. You will promptly be taken into a disinfected treatment room that is ready for you.
We continue to use strict infection control procedures and universal precautions in our treatment rooms as we always have. We are also disinfecting door handles and chairs in the reception area between patients.
When your appointment is complete, the clinical team member will review any recommended treatment and your next appointment. At this time the team member will not accompany you to the front desk to facilitate social distancing. They will message the business team and you will be dismissed when the area is clear. Please put your mask on and sanitize before leaving the treatment room.
The business team will help you check out and book your next appointment if the clinical team didn’t already do so. The Point of Sale machine is disinfected between each patient.
